MANLEY PLATINUM SERIES LIGHTWEIGHT PISTONS

Manley pistons are machined of high strength 2618 material. Each design is lightweight yet robust enough to deliver long service life. Perfect ring groove to skirt squareness is achieved through our unique "one fixturing" manufacturing method that assures maximum horsepower. We utilize a proven offset wrist pin design, a 1.2, 1.2, 2.8mm Total Seal ring package and moly coated skirts for ultimate performance. Roundwire locks and pressure balance grooves are included with every set at no additional charge.

MANLEY CONNECTING RODS

Manley H-Beam connecting rods are built standard with 3/8" ARP 2000 bolts. H-Plus sets come with ARP 625+ bolts. On all Manley connecting rods, sets are weight matched to 1.5 grams, big and small end bores are final honed to a tolerance of .0002", critical bend and twist attributes are held to a minimum, and exacting attention is paid to every detail by the final inspection department; thus rendering a finished product that is second to none.

LABOUR

Price includes all labour to strip & rebuild engine with new components utilizing GENUINE parts where applicable, running in oil & subsequent oil change after running in period, assuming there is no damage to block and crank.

Depending on workshop schedule the work will take around 3-5 days usually.
